This is just a folder shortcut. This is no alternative to how it used to be in previous Windows, where you could navigate the whole of your folder / file structure through drop-down (drop-up to be precise) from the taskbar, by adding "my computer" to the taskbar.

I have installed the database and it completed successfully. But when I connect to System with password it Says: ERROR: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

I did what you said and it removed the recycle icon from my desktop. But in my icon setting I have 2 recycle icons, one is full the other is empty. I can get to the empty one, but I'm unable to access the full icon to empty my trash. What do I do now?
